• Smoking or vaping is not permitted on the premises.

• No Large Parties or excessively loud music

• No shoes are allowed on backdrops besides talent. You must either take your shoes off or put the shoe covers on.

• Pets are not allowed on the premises.

• Confetti, glitter, or popping champagne is not permitted on the premises.

• Food and drinks are not allowed on any furniture. Any damage caused to the furniture will result in additional fees.

• No more than 12 people at any given time.

• The use of fog or haze machines is not permitted

• Please do not remove wall hangings unless discussed with the staff prior.

• When moving furniture please do not drag. Move furniture with 2 or more people picking it up.

• Full nudity is not allowed in the studios.

• Please return all furniture and props to their original position before leaving.

• Please do not use body oil, body sprays or self-tans that can stain the furniture.

• Overtime fees apply if you require extra time to move things, load/unload. Your booking starts from the time you book, not at the time of arrival. Please book appropriately to avoid any extra charges.

• Furniture and decors MUST be moved back to their original place.

• Please DO NOT drag furniture. Use two or more people when necessary.

• Our studios cannot be used to shoot boudoir photography.

• Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on studio premises.

• Smoking (including recreational drugs) is not permitted on studio premises.

• Customers are responsible for loading and unloading of their belongings due to liability issues. Studio attendants are not responsible for bringing client’s items in/out of the studios and are not responsible for clients’ personal belongings.

• Please note that failure to respect the studio rules, studio staff, or other bookers, will result in immediate termination of your booking.

There is a small motion sensor security camera installed in the left corner of the space near the entrance. Your session will NOT be watched or intruded upon. It is purely for dispute purposes and will only be reviewed should any issues arise. 

There is full privacy with no cameras in the dressing area or bathrooms.

• Should you need to extend your originally scheduled booking time, please contact the studio manager. Depending on availability, it may be possible to extend.

• Guests may cancel their booking until 48 hours before the scheduled start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking price.

• Payment in full is due at checkout for all bookings.

• Booking cancellations submitted less than 48 hours before the booking start time will receive a 50% refund.

• Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable.

Please neatly tear or cut off your portion of paper if very visibly dirty or ripped. Each session you have access to 1 free pull per color. If you think you’ll need more, it’s an extra $15 per pull. You can add this on to your session at checkout.
